Payment not accepted

Hi,

having a problem when trying to purchase a subscription. I tried two of my cards (both debit, Mastercard - I also checked the list of supported card types provided on support.ea.com, and MasterCard is indeed supported in my country) -- both times got "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one.". The card is not blocked, I double-checked input information; I am also able to pay with it on Steam / Gog.com and other platforms.

I really want to sub to get the ending of KotFE and KotET story, but this has just been too frustrating.


Please help.
